Deposit Payment Options
We accept Visa/Delta, MasterCard, Switch and cheques or postal orders denominated in Pounds Sterling as payment for the deposit on your order. As well as the secure order web system, there are two ways you can order from us without having to enter your complete credit or debit card number on the Web:
Paying by cheque or money order
You can select " Order by POST " on the order form and send us a personal cheque or postal order in Pounds Sterling for 25% of the amount of your order (the deposit). After you have printed your order off our Web site you can send it with your cheque to the following address:

Please remember to write your name clearly on the back of your cheque, as this will help us to process your order more efficiently.
Calling in or faxing your card number
You can use your credit or debit card without ever having to enter the number on the Internet.

We will take your order directly from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. At other times (and when all operators are busy) leave your name and phone number on our ORDERLINE and details of the most convenient time to be phoned back and we will contact you and take the order over the phone.

Never e-mail your credit/debit card details to anyone, e-mail is not a secure method of payment.
To give you an additional layer of security, all credit or debit card numbers are not stored on a computer in our organisation. The numbers are destroyed after taking the deposit and we will ask you for the number again when we are ready to deliver.
We do not currently sell or rent our list of customers to anyone. However, we may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties. If you would like to make sure we never sell or rent information about you to third parties, just send an e-mail to nomail@sofachoice.co.uk .
Final Payment Options
Delivery normally takes between four and six weeks - if you require delivery before or after the standard time, please contact our Customer Service department and we will endeavour to help.
A week or so before your delivery is scheduled, we will phone you to specify a day and arrange an am or pm estimated time of delivery. Our Customer Service staff will then ask you how you would like to make your final payment (the balance).
Final payment must be made and all funds cleared prior to items being delivered. The final payment may be made by any of the following methods:
We accept Visa/Delta, MasterCard, Switch as payment for the balance of orders. Payment can be made direct to our drivers on delivery, or the card number is taken at the time we book the delivery with you and the account is debited just before the delivery van leaves the factory.
A Banker's Draft, a Building Society cheque or a personal cheque (all to be made out to Sofa Choice Direct Ltd) posted to us at least one week prior to despatch.
Because we sometimes use carriers, for Scottish customers, payment must be made by card when the delivery is booked or in full at time of placing the order.
